At Charms Élégance, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every fashion piece. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with all original tags attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
